War genre
War genre is concerned with Warfare that existed before the turn of the 20th century and during the 20th century, typically these are about land, air and naval battles. With combat scenes central to the drama that existed in such events of war. Nations such as china, Indonesia, Russia, and japan have made there own films and such things that show off previous events/wars that they have under taken in the last century. from this reenactments of such wars have been growing in the turn of the late 20th century, many of which have been of World War 1 and World War 2 and to more recent years at the turn of the 21st century game manufactures have got involved creating war games that illustrate wars both past and more fictional future wars.
examples of products in this genre that have represented and shown and incite into war are films such as Fury, which follows the story of an American tank crew breaking behind enemy territory in the ww2 scene of Nazi Germany, this film tries to stick to as much of the historical accuracy as possible whilst other films within this genre try to exaggerate the true horrors of war and twist what historically happened during the Wars that have taken place and other films take some of the historical events from the war and put a modern twist upon them. Another example of this genre would come under the gaming industry. Of which many show past examples of war, one being Battlefield 1 which is an example of a modern world war 1 game that shows some historical accuracy to world war 1 but mainly exaggerates and makes world war 1 more fun for the game and end user and makes it seem like the company making these games are trying to say war isn't always sadness and adversity but has an aspect
